Edward Hopper's Nighthawks is what first come to mind when beholding the Greulich from the outside. However, quite in contrast to the cool painting, there is a warm light seeping through the curved window front from the restaurant. With its calm and elegant atmosphere, the discreet furnishings and the Japanese-style wooden elements, our guests can indulge with all their senses. The chef recommends a special meal consisting of several courses or you can choose, of course, from our extensive menu.

The restaurant is at the centre of the Greulich premises. You can make a feast of any meal, any time of the day, thanks to its quiet elegance, the warm minimal interior design, the ample space between the tables and the white tablecloths. The restaurant offers seats for up to 50 people.

The young Swiss chef Marco Hartmann represents a fresh and seasonal cuisine with a slight Mediterranean influence - it's surprising and appealing. The ingredients come preferably from regional producers and suppliers, whom he knows personally. He provides a range of vegetarian dishes of exquisite and original taste. The Green Living philosophy, plays an important part in his cooking, contributing to the Greulich's development for sustainability.

A seasonal, fresh cuisine with a touch of Mediterranean influence and the principles of the Slow Food movement are the basis of the surprising and appealing cuisine of the Greulich in Zürich. The young chef Marco Hartmann and his team serve the guests, depending on time of day with special flavor harmonies. The Greulich Team indulges our guests with Marco's menu in three or four courses. In addition to the delicious fish and meat dishes the Greulich kitchen crew sets special emphasis on vegetarian compositions. The Business-lunch changes daily, the lunch menu every week. The diverse culinary delights have one in common: The food is always of excellent quality. Healthy food and sustainability are the basis of fresh seasonal cuisine. It is part of the comprehensive commitment to environmental, human resources and hospitality in the Greulich. The restaurant is certified with the Capricorn label and the EU Ecolabel and committed to the official standards and regulations. In the courtyard of the Greulich's going on in the summer on a whole different world. Seasonal delicacies can be enjoyed comfortably under umbrellas. An elongated fountain basin, which grows out of the ground clinker cools the atmosphere at noon and the courtyard walls store the heat for the evening.
